Never Mhlanga, Executive Director
MBA (UZ), FCIS, AIBZ, DBS, RPAcc.
Never is Executive Director, Principal Consultant and Trainer at Parker Randall Strategy. An entrepreneur in his own right he is a specialist in Corporate Strategic Planning, Teambuilding, Business Turnarounds, Performance Management and Corporate Governance.
A qualified and practicing Chartered Secretary, Never has over 30 years of high-level experience in business, entrepreneurship and capacity building spanning banking, commerce and industry. He has held several executive positions and directorships in corporate organisations and financial institutions in Zimbabwe. A member of the Institute of Directors, Never has been Chairman and non-executive director of several listed and unlisted companies, and quasi-government bodies. He continues to sit on a number of company, advisory, charitable and religious boards.
On strategy, business turnarounds, performance management, and corporate governance, Never has worked with clients in the beverages, construction, educational, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, medical, NGO, not for-profit, pension funds, professional institutes, stockbroking, water and development sectors.

Allan Tsapayi, Leadership Consultant
B.Sc. (Hons.) in Metallurgy (Leeds, UK) and MBL (UNISA)
Allan has a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Metallurgy (Leeds, UK) and an MBL (UNISA). He also holds a number of personal development certificates in operations management, performance measurement and management, quality management, training/facilitation, and strategy development and management.
Allan has over 25 years’ experience in commerce and industry holding a variety of senior positions in companies he worked for particularly in the areas of operations management and training. He has expertise in leadership development, organisation development, strategic planning, performance management, quality management, Results Based Management (RBM), team building and has facilitated RBM based strategic plans for NGOs, Government and agencies as well private sector organisations. Allan has been widely involved in developing strategies for businesses, development of human capital, organisation development, research and evaluation.
He also lectures at the University of Zimbabwe in Metallurgy and currently reading for a PhD in Metallurgy.

Peter Madara, Management Consultant
MBA (UZ), FCIS, DBS, RPAcc.
Peter is a past President of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators in Zimbabwe (ICSAZ), and immediate past Chairman of the Public Accountants & Auditors Board (PAAB) on which he still a member of the Executive Committee. He chaired the Accounting & Auditing Procedures & Controls Thematic Committee of the National Code on Corporate Governance (ZimCode) project which was officially launched by the Government of Zimbabwe in April 2015. Peter was Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager of Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe Limited (IDCZ) until retirement on 28th February 2015. He has tremendous experience in greenfield projects, brownfield expansion projects and rescue/turnaround projects.
Peter has been a Board member on a number of both public sector and private sector companies, and currently sits on several boards. Peter was the inaugural Chairman of the SADC DFI sub-Committee and SADC Development Finance Resource Centre (DFRC) based in Gaborone, Botswana, from 2000 to 2006.

Wyclif Magada - Senior Training Consultant

Wyclif Magada offers skills transfer and business advice for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to help entrepreneurs at various stages of their business development journey, from business idea generation, development, launch, growth to maturity. He is an accomplished facilitator for teambuilding, customer care and the Balanced Scorecard performance management tool.
He holds a Degree and Diploma in Theology and Religious Studies plus a number of personal development qualifications covering Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange Trading and other courses related to Banking and Finance, Leadership, and Customer Relationship Management.

Wyclif has over 20 years of banking experience where he held various senior positions in Trade Finance and International Banking departments with ZB Bank and Genesis Investment Bank.

Tatenda Hungwe, Business Development Executive
Associate of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (ACSI, UK)
Tatenda is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (ACSI, UK). He also holds certificates in Entrepreneurship and Financial Trading attained in Zimbabwe and abroad. He has worked in the financial services sector for NDH Equities and Sagit Stockbrokers in Zimbabwe and abroad in Dubai for the Dubai Professional Trading Group (DPTG) and N2 Capital Markets. Tatenda has also set up and managed businesses in the mining, food processing and waste water treatment sectors with an overseas based private equity partner, Tungsten Zimbabwe, Resource Foods and RemediaTOR Zimbabwe.

He is currently studying towards the attainment of the Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM) Qualification.
